Shipping and Return Policy

Order and Shipping

  • After an order has been made and paid, our representative will get in touch with you via Email / WhatsApp for confirmation. If there is any error or mistake on your order, please let our representative know immediately.
  • Once your product is shipped, our representative will let you know and send you the tracking number.
  • Shipping within Malaysia usually takes 2-5 days, and to Singapore in 5 to days. Other International shipping may vary depending on the destination, for international shipping please get in touch with us for further details.
  • Delivery fees are charged separately from the price of the products. All listed prices (including delivery fee) are inclusive of GST.
  • If you intend to change your address after confirming your payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item is shipped, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Strictly No Refund once goods sold. Adove will only accept exchange of product, within reasonable circumstances, if said product is broken upon received. If there is any balance left, it will be credited to said customer's account for future use.
  • If you have a change of mind after ordering, please contact us immediately via chatbox, whatsapp us or email us at [email protected].
    You might be able to modify your order depending on the status of it.

Warranty (within 14 days of purchase)

  • Adove has a 14 days warranty [from date of receive] – for cases where the items purchased were damaged or broken, within reasonable circumstances.
  • If you have received a damaged or broken item, please take a picture of said item and get in touch with our representative who had contacted you, within 24 hours.
  • All return products are to be packed in its original packaging and shipped to our return address. (Shipping fees for return items in this case are beared by Adove.)
  • Warranty for products are only applicable if product received is damaged or broken. Any human related errors are not applicable for the warranty, but Adove can help to repair with only labour charge. (Shipping fee is to be beared by customer if warranty is breached.)
  • If returned item has run out of stock, Adove will recommend another item of similar value.


  • Exchange are only allow when:
    1. Meet conditions in warranty policy above.
    2. Wrong size given
    3. Change of size by customer (customer have to bear shipping fee)
  • Exchange is only allowed for within 14 days from date of purchase, subject to size availability. Earrings are strictly not refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene issues.
  • Item to be exchanged must be returned in unworn and original good condition, together with original sales receipt and original Adove packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items can only be exchanged once for every purchase.
  • No exchanging of size for clearance sales items.
  • Management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Repairs and Cleaning at cost price

  • Should your item need repairing, you may submit item to any of our physical stores, where it will be repaired within 3 days.
  • We only charge labour cost to repair item, we do not profit from this cost.
  • Adove charges repair fee at cost for items which are not from Adove.
